As the Executive Producer at BlackSheep, Lisa works with clients to materialize a vision into a powerful, memorable occasion. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, event design, production, and management, she has the ability to manage or enhance any event.
Lisa thinks in colors, styles, and what will “wow.” Her clients will tell you she has an eye for design and a mind for innovation. Her background in Industrial Design prepared her for the details and elements of any event. Her creative thinking is accented perfectly by her organization skills that get an event from an idea to an influencing environment.
The upbeat, positive energy Lisa brings to the table is seen through her work as well as in her personal life. She polishes her love of photography during events and her two sons are the perfect models for her personal work! Although she started BlackSheep as a one woman show, her best career choice was bringing on her husband, Mark, to be her better half in business too!

Mark Bowling
Chief Strategist
As the Chief Strategist at BlackSheep, Mark uses his talents to develop customized solutions that meet the specific strategic goals for each client event and marketing initiative.
A strong foundation in creative business solutions coupled with a passion for technology allows Mark to consistently turn visions into stunning, influential events. Born with an a unique blend of right-brained creativity and left-brained strategic thinking, Mark delivers his diverse skills to each client event with a passion that can be seen through his attention to every detail.
When not working, you can find Mark wrapped up in games and fun with his two boys and wife. As an avid Auburn fan, he is only mildly concerned that his oldest son's favorite color is red. In the crossroad of profession and personality, you will catch Mark talking about preeminence. He believes in preeminence throughout the event industry as well as personally. With a passion to change the world, Mark has embraced the blessings God has given him and seeks to use those talents and relationships for His glory.

Michelle Penny
Event Producer
As Event Producer for BlackSheep, Michelle has an amazing attention to detail to ensure all the elements of an event come together to deliver a consistently incredible experience.
Michelle uses her skills in administration and organization to stay a step ahead of our client partners. Her experience working in the U.S. and abroad has polished her God-given attention to detail. With a background in the hospitality industry, Michelle understands client needs and possesses the skills to exceed expectations. The go-to person for clients during events, Michelle can confidently calm anyone and understands the importance of every last detail.
Using her eye for innovation, she has the ability to take something old and transform it. Well versed in Bible stories, fairy tales, playing pretend, and practicing the ABC’s, Michelle loves pouring into her two young children. She and her husband enjoy breaking bread with friends, investing in their community, and occasionally sneaking in a date night here and there.
